I am currently recruiting to an exciting new role within a London Council. I am seeking an interim Principal Lawyer, Contracts and Property.
Ideally I am looking for a Local Authority candidate who has experience of contracts and/or property. The role will also involve dealing with high profile regeneration projects, as well as managing a small team.
Some job details as follows:
- Managing a team of 7 contracts and property lawyers
- Advising on contracts and procurement matters and strategies
- Ensuring SMT are always fully advised in relation to commercial law and property matters
- Acting as lead on regeneration projects
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has headed up a contracts or property legal team and wants to further develop themselves into a principal lawyer role. The work is interesting and diverse, and the team is friendly and hard working.
The role is home working for now due to the corona virus restrictions.
