A Legal 500 firm in Colchester is keen to recruit a Corporate Commercial Paralegal into their prestigious team.
The Corporate Commercial Paralegal will support experienced solicitors on matters such as:
- M&A
- Restructurings
- Commercial contracts
- Business disposals

The successful Corporate Commercial Paralegal’s skills and experience:
- Degree educated, with a 2:1 LLB (Hons)
- A minimum of six months experience
