Top US firm is recruiting for a Debt Capital Markets NQ to join the team in London. This role is open to both March 2021 and September 2021 NQs.
The team sits within the broader Finance practice and acts on high-profile DCM transactions for both issuer and underwriter clients, as well as alternative investors. The work includes structured finance, high-yield debt offerings, U.S. securities law matters and restructurings.
The firm is particularly interested in speaking to NQs who have completed a DCM seat and who have trained with a top tier US/Magic Circle or Silver Circle firm in London. High-yield experience would be advantageous, but is not a prerequisite. Excellent academics are essential (minimum 2:1), as are strong interpersonal skills.
