An award-winning, legal 500 law firm are seeking a Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their team in Edinburgh. The ideal candidate will be 0-3 years PQE.
The Role will Include:
- Claims involving injunctive relief including emergency injunctions
- Contractual disputes
- Landlord and tenant disputes
- Shareholders and partnership issues
- Insolvency both personal and corporate
- Property litigation
- Commercial and contractual disputes
- Intellectual property disputes
- Shareholder Disputes
