Our Public Sector clients are experiencing an increase in legal work relating to Adult Social Care, Mental Health, Mental Capacity and Court of Protection. Therefore, the demand is very high for legal professionals with experience in these areas.

With the demand for these skills being so high, local authorities are very interested in applicants from Private Practice backgrounds looking to make the move into in-house roles in the Public Sector.

We are looking for Lawyers and Paralegals with any of the following skills and experience:

  • Mental Health Act
  • Mental Health Tribunals
  • Hospital Managers Hearings
  • Incapacity issues
  • Deprivation of Liberty
  • NHS continuing care
  • Care Fees planning
  • Discharge obligations
  • Secure Hospitals
  • Court of Protection
  • Care Act
