Leading City firm is now looking to recruit a commercial technology associate, preferably with 1 year’s PQE but the partners are also happy to consider applications from September 2021 NQs who have completed a commercial technology focused seat during their training contract in another law firm with a highly regarded commercial technology team and are looking to specialise in commercial work within the technology sector work upon qualification.  A broad commercial contracts role with a technology focus, the work involves advising clients on a variety of matters, such as large scale commercial agreements including IT services agreements, software licensing, cloud outsourcing, as well as advising on internet, online platforms, e-commerce and data privacy issues.
