We have instructions from a major law firm in London seeking to expand its established offering in commercial law and presence in the technology space.
The focus of these roles will be on commercial law work specifically in relation to technology. Clients include leading IT providers, global banks, and international corporates as well as SMEs. Lawyers in the group advise on all manner of UK and cross-border commercial contracts related to technology, including purely by way of example, e-commerce, cloud outsourcing, distribution agreements and data privacy.
If you have relevant technology sector experience and with up to approximately eight years' PQE then we would be keen to hear from you. This experience will likely have been gained in a leading City or national firm or in-house. NQs qualifying in September 2021 and with a relevant training seat should also apply.
