Chadwick Nott have recently received instruction from our client, a Top 100 Law Firm based in Gloucestershire with a solid reputation as one of the top law firms in Gloucestershire and indeed the South West, competing very capably with London, Birmingham and Bristol-based firms.

This firm is currently offering a rare opportunity for a newly qualified or junior Corporate Solicitor to join their top tier-ranked team and develop their career with leading lawyers. Working directly alongside the Partners, the role will be to provide support on a range of corporate transactions, including public and private M&A, IPOs, offers of securities, private equity and other third party investment into private companies and joint ventures.

The work in itself is high value and high quality, with an enviable client base that is made up of national, blue chip companies. This therefore represents an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer, either already Gloucestershire-based or perhaps eager to relocate, while preserving a high quality of work.
