The Role:

You will be joining a highly regarded Restructuring team as an Associate in the firm's Manchester office.

The team is renowned for the quality and complexity of work they undertake and acts for an impressive client base that includes major banks, accountancy firms, and specialist restructuring practices.

You will gain exposure to engaging, multi-jurisdictional Real Estate transactions, focusing on real estate finance, secured lending, and sales and acquisitions of assets.

Requirements:

• You will be a Restructuring Lawyer with a minimum of 4 years PQE
• Have strong Restructuring experience, ideally dealing with complex and high-value property transactions
• Comfortable dealing with clients and building strong client relationships
• You will be able to work in a collaborative, close-knit team environment
• Have gained experience at a respected regional or city practice
