Real Estate Associate NQ-3 - Milton Keynes

Leading commercial firm has a new position for a real estate associate to join their highly regarded and successful department.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a highly rated real estate team, which is consistently rated number one in the region. The team act for many household names, including banks, retailers, developers and significant public sector bodies.

The successful candidate will have good experience of landlord and tenant, commercial real estate and development work. Day to day responsibilities will include the following:

• Shopping centre lettings acting for a major landlord
• Acting for blue chip tenant occupiers in the retail and leisure sectors
• Advising on and negotiating agreements for lease
• All aspects of lease negotiation
• Sales and leasebacks
• Title investigation
• Land registry and real estate taxation

You will have both excellent technical and client handling skills, and be able maintain and develop client relationships.
