Due to increased workflow, this firm seeks a Residential Property/Conveyancing Solicitor 1-4+ PQE to join their flourishing City of London outfit.

The quality of work is second to none; it includes but is not limited to Collective enfranchisement, planning issues and agreement, secured lending and refinancing, auction of sales and purchases, and the handling of more complex matters, including Lease extensions under the leasehold reform housing and urban development Act 1993.

Despite dealing with a high calibre of work, your caseload will always be manageable. You may also be asked to assist more senior managers with more complex matters, and a support network supports every team member.
