A well-established law firm are seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join their busy team. The firm have great presence in the local area and consistently have instructions referred to them.

A 2 Year PQE + Solicitor will be considered for this role and the successful Commercial Property Solicitor will work alongside experts in the field managing a mixed caseload.

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing a mixed caseload of freehold purchase and sale of commercial and business premises, site acquisitions, disposals and development, retail, leisure, factory office and residential, leases & renewals, portfolio management and property investments, property finance and rent reviews
• Drafting and negotiating contracts for sale, transfers, leases and agreements for lease, licences, guarantees and legal charges
• Attending to clients of the firm which could include a wide range of buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers and funders
• Dealing with complex property matters
• Compliance with the firm's routine time recording, accounts and administrative disciplines
• Active involvement in business development

Qualifications:

• A qualified solicitor/ FCILEx with 2+ years’ PQE
• Commercial property exposure gained at a reputable firm
• Able to motivate oneself to meet/exceed targets
• Able to work independently and manage a caseload
