This international law firm have a large and successful commercial litigation team in Plymouth, handling a variety of disputes on behalf of corporate clients.
These disputes will be varied and include general commercial litigation, commercial property disputes as well as other matters.
The bulk of this work is handled by more junior employees including paralegals and part qualified legal executives. In this role you will supervise, mentor, and manage this team.
You will also run your own (likely complex) commercial litigation caseload.
This is a usual role and solicitors with at least 2-3 years' commercial litigation are encouraged to apply. Supervision experience would be ideal, but not essential.
The work from home model within this firm is working very well, so if you prefer you can work mainly from home. You will however need to be able to get into the Plymouth office once or twice a month to catch up with your team.
Your own expertise will be harnessed, utilised, and developed further through both internal and external training.
