Residential Property Lawyer – Our client, is a traditional and long established legal practice within East Sussex; who now seek a further residential property lawyer to join their team. They require a Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer with a solid track record and the ability to work with limited supervision.
About the Role
You will need at least 3 years+ relevant case handling experience, managing a range of residential transactions with minimal supervision. Using a case management system you will be taking on a busy caseload of sales & purchases, lease extensions, re-mortgages, equity release, right to buy and shared ownership.
