Are you looking for a new and exciting challenge in Conveyancing?

My client, a well-established Legal 500 Law firm are currently seeking to appoint a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join their offices in Solihull.

 

The Role:

As the successful Conveyancing Solicitor, you will be responsible for managing your own caseload of traditional Conveyancing files from start to finish. Caseload may include:

  • Sale
  • Purchases
  • Re-Mortgages
  • Equity Release
  • Transfer of Equity
  • Leases
  • New build

Other duties will consist of dealing with shared ownership matters, help to buys and ISA's. you will also be involved in business development tasks to generate new clients through networking.

 

To be suitable for this role, you will be able to demonstrate previous experience of working in a Conveyancing department and be competent in managing your own caseload. It is important that you have an interest in business development and have experience of New build plots sale and purchase.

You will also be a motivated and enthusiastic individual wanting to continue their development in this area of law.

Solicitors, CLC or Chartered Legal Executives will be considered for the post
