You will be at associate or senior associate level solicitor with upwards of 5 years PQE within property litigation and you will have trained and gained experience at a comparable Legal 500 firm or above.
The successful candidate can expect a varied caseload including handling property litigation for both landlords and tenants, property and construction litigation, shareholder and director disputes, as well as professional negligence claims and should have a track record of delivering the highest quality client care.
