Leading Real Estate Finance role, global firm, 5+ PQE - London

Our client is a fast-growing and very highly regarded top 20 international law firm. They are renowned for their market-leading practices across all disciplines, and their international reach, meaning clients come to rely on their expertise wherever in the world they happen to require it.

Their finance team in London covers a broad range of work including real estate finance, leveraged/acquisition finance, insurance-related finance, project finance, debt restructuring, asset backed finance and general corporate lending transactions, including work on a number of high profile cross border transactions in Europe, the Middle East, the Far East and the USA.

Due to the current make-up of the team, continued growth and client demand their London office is now looking for an additional senior Finance lawyer to primarily concentrate on Real Estate finance. The role could be at either Senior Associate or Legal Director level, depending on your PQE, previous experience, and career stage.

This is a tremendous prospect to advance your career in real estate finance law at an internationally leading law firm. The successful candidate will have:

• Strong academics and training from a rated (ideally City/international) firm;
• 5 + years' post-qualification experience in Real Estate finance work, ideally gained from a City, International or highly regarded regional firm;
• Commercial and financial awareness; and
• The ability to work individually and as part of a team.
