A leading national law firm with a strong profile across healthcare and life sciences is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to bolster their Harrogate office. This role is offered full time on a permanent basis, with agile working options available.
THE FIRM & TEAM
The firm has a strong client base within real estate that spans the corporate, public sector and private spheres.
This team routinely act on a broad range of commercial property matters, including commercial and residential mixed-use projects, landlord and tenant matters and corporate relocations.
THE OPPORTUNITY
You will have the opportunity to work closely with the healthcare sector in this role and will benefit from a high level of client contact from the outset. This team has demonstrated strong growth and there are excellent progression opportunities for the right candidate.
The successful candidate will work with established Real Estate lawyers, on matters such as (but not limited to) commercial and residential mixed-use projects, landlord and tenant matters and corporate relocations. You will have the opportunity to work closely with clients with appropriate support to develop your career in a well respected and friendly team.
THE CANDIDATE
Applications are invited from candidates with a minimum of 1 years' post-qualified experience within a range of commercial property matters. You will be willing to take on a varied real estate caseload. Experience within the healthcare sector is advantageous but not essential.
