Great opportunity to join this in house organisation based in the heart of Leeds and work closely with the Director of the business. This role will suit an experienced credit hire Paralegal or Fee Earner who is comfortable dealing with pre-litigated & litigated matters, as you will be the sole legal counsel and therefore expected to work on your own accord.
You will need to have gained a minimum of 3 years' experience within credit hire and have the ability to deal with ABI & Non-ABI hire matters. Work is of a high quality and you will regularly be dealing with multi track matters that consist of complex hire claims and high end prestige hire vehicles that have a high daily rate.
As this is a stand alone role you will be expected to deal with solicitors, insurers and barristers directly and be capable of hitting the ground running. There is a live caseload for you to pick up immediately and you will be tasked with recovering significant sums of outstanding hire. The LEAP case management system is in place and you will be provided with as much assistance as possible to help you work as efficiently as possible.
This is a unique opportunity to work In House and directly represent an busy organisation that has a reputation throughout West Yorkshire & the UK. Salary will be based on experience level but will likely fall into the mid-£20's however other benefits can also be added.
