Residential Property Lawyer

LAW Absolute is working with a top 50 law firm who currently has a position available for an experienced residential property solicitor to joint hem on an interim basis for 3-6 months starting asap.

The position has come about due to and increase in workload. The team work on sales and purchases of luxury flats and houses in the UK. you will have experience with dealing with high value residential freehold and leasehold properties and support the team with a range of matters including; transfers of equity, mortgages and remortgages, residential developments and plots.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a market leading firm on a contract basis.
