Real Estate Finance Paralegal

Our client is a leading full service law firm based in the heart of London. They are recruiting a real estate finance paralegal assist lenders and borrowers in financing and refinancing exercises.

The Candidate:

• Excellent organisational skills are required due to the high volume of work coming through, duties include (but are not limited to):

The Role:

• Assisting fee earners in progressing the banking side of transactions from instruction through to completion
• Preparing and updating conditions precedent lists for borrower and lender clients
• Preparation of Board/Members meeting minutes and resolutions for loan transactions
• Reviewing, and where appropriate overseeing amendments to corporate constitutional documents and related formalities and ensuring compliance with filing requirements
• Preparing standard form finance documents if based on a lenders or an in-house template form
• Overseeing registration of security at Companies House by the post-completions team
