Wills and Probate Solicitor

My client, a respected local high street company are currently recruiting for a Wills & Probate Solicitor just to the North of Nottingham

The Role:

As the successful Wills & Probate Solicitor, you will have a range of responsibilities and duties, namely including, managing your own caseload from inception to completion which consist of:

* Administration of Estates

* Trusts

* Inheritance Tax

Tax planning and deputyship orders would be advantageous, but not essential.

Requirements:

In order to be suitable for this Wills & Probate Solicitor position, you will be able to demonstrate great experience within managing your own caseload within this sector. Ideally, you will be a minimum of 1+ years PQE and be confident, proactive, organised and competent in using a case management system.
