A firm that I have placed with in the last 12 months is looking to add a Corporate Real Estate Associate to their Birmingham team.
With a strong national presence, this Top 50 firm benefits from a strong reputation which has allowed them to build a large and diverse client base across private and public sectors. The firm is centrally located in Birmingham with parking nearby and good transport links. It also offers flexible working and a healthy work-life balance.
As a Corporate Real Estate Associate you will be expected to carry out the following duties a responsibilities:
- Develop responsibility for running your own case load by providing advice on a broad range of Real Estate matters
- Assist senior team members on more complex cases and undertake legal research
- Provide marketing support and support the development and maintenance of client relationships
