The role will be focused on Commercial Contracts and so experience of working with NDAs, MOUs, Collaboration Agreements, Supplier Agreements, etc is essential. Also helpful, will be some knowledge of trade marks. The role will provide a direct line to external counsel as well as the board. As such, the role really does require a Paralegal with several years' experience.
