Funds Associate

Are you a junior solicitor looking for a fresh start? An elite US full-service law firm is looking to recruit an additional solicitor to support their busy and growing Funds team.

What you need:

• UK qualified trained at an elite top 20 law firm
• Significant amount of private funds work
• In particular experience on either the sponsor side (sub docs, LPAs etc) or limited partner side

The Team:

• The firm enjoys a significant share of bulge-bracket private equity fundraisings, acting for blue-chip clients including CVC, EQT, and Bridgepoint, among others.
• The team regularly advises on multi-billion dollar fundraisings internationally, alongside innovative structures for general partner (GP) minorities, hybrid funds, and secondary transactions.
• The mid-market has also been a growth area, with the firm taking on an increasing number of mandates for clients in the space.
