COVENTRY
A Post Completions Clerk is required for a well regarded high street law firm in Coventry. You must have previous experience dealing with post completion matters and will play a vital part in the overall purpose.
This person will be responsible for sending AP1 and FR1 to the Land Registry, dealing with Land Registry requisitions ensuring OS1's are up to date. The successful applicant will be dealing with closing and getting completed files ready for archiving and reconciling monies on the file and sending it back to the relevant person.
