OVERVIEW
• Highly rated commercial property team of this reputable law firm is keen to recruit a Commercial Property Solicitor into their real estate team.
• The commercial property team covers the broad remit of real estate law including landlord and tenant matters, leases, development matters and option agreements.
• As Newly Qualified Solicitor you are not expected to have gained exposure to all aspects of commercial property, however a desire and willingness to build upon your experience and skills is a must.
• Working within a highly recommended team, the appointed Commercial Property Solicitor will be expected to undertake a varied caseload of commercial property matters on behalf of landlord and tenant clients, major retailers, landowners and property developers.
• Newly Qualified Solicitors will be considered for this role and will have completed at least one seat within commercial property law gained within a leading regional / city practice.
• Suitable Commercial Property Solicitors will have a genuine desire to business develop and work effectively within a team.
• Applications are welcomed from Commercial Property Solicitors with up to 3 years PQE in handling commercial property transactions.
• Salary will be dependent on experience – circa £30,000 - £40,000.
