Legal Counsel

My Client, a large international organisation based in Buckinghamshire are seeking an In-House Legal Counsel on a permanent basis.
You will support the Legal Director to provide expert legal advice and service in the UK and internationally.
Responsibilities include:
*Reviewing, negotiating, and finalising commercial contracts and other legal documents, such as agreements marketing agreements, NDAs, and promotional terms and conditions
*Managing business development and change projects from a legal perspective and working collaboratively with business leads on those projects
*Managing of litigation matters, including management and negotiation of disputes with suppliers, responding to basic county court claims, and tracking and reporting on litigation matters to the senior leadership team
*Supporting the Marketing team and Managing Directors in the implementation of promotions, loyalty schemes and other digital marketing initiatives, including drafting terms and conditions and review of POS materials
To be successful in this position you will be a minimum 3 years PQE* with experience of a broad range of commercial transactions and legal matters, preferably with experience of international transactions.
