Are you an experienced Residential Property Solicitor looking to join a very friendly team of Conveyancers based in Surrey?

The Role
This Law firm are looking for a Conveyancer to join their growing Cobham office.
The firm are looking to expand their Property team in line with organic growth. Property is a core focus for this firm and their success has stemmed off the back of their reputation in this area. They are well connected with estate agents across the south-east and the department consists of 8+ fee earners.
In this role you will be dealing with a broad and dynamic conveyancing caseload with administrative support.
Requirements
- 3+ years relevant PQE (preferable)
- Strong Conveyancing experience working at a city / regional practice
- Excellent client care skills
- Commercial acumen and a track record of hitting targets
