Job title: Commercial Property Lawyer (with some residential work for developers)

Location: Central London

Salary: circa £60,000

PQE: 2 / 3 Yr

Established, well-known commercial London practice are looking for an experienced commercial property lawyer to join their real estate team. The role will mainly be dealing with commercial work however you must be able to run residential files as and when needed as there will be some residential work for developers. Fantastic opportunity for a motivated commercial property solicitor to join a respected firm with ambitious plans to expand their team. You will be dealing with a wide-range of property work including freehold / leasehold, sales and purchase, re-mortgages and landlord and tenant with minimal supervision from inception to completion reporting into a Property Partner.

It is essential that you have strong networking skills and a proven track record establishing and building relationships with new and existing clients.
