Impact Finance Paralegal

Our fantastic International law firm client is currently looking for a Paralegal to join their Impact Financing & Investing team on a permanent basis, the main focus of this role is to work alongside the Co-Heads of the Impact Financing & Investing practice on a wide range of sustainable finance and investment client matters.

The core responsibilities for Impact Finance Paralegal role will include drafting notes of client advice and research and internal precedents and guidance, client research and contribution to client and sector strategy, researching and reporting on developments in the impact financing & investing sector and creating first drafts of articles/thought leadership for internal and/or external use, assisting with queries (including market developments/precedents) from fee earners and working on sustainable finance transactions, supporting the production, development and update  of precedent forms, managing the precedent documents and ESG terms and conditions database for internal use, assisting with the preparation of internal and client-facing training,  workshops, webinars, roundtables, developing effective working relationships with members of the department and other support and legal departments.

Candidates must have previous experience working within a Finance department as a Paralegal within an international law firm environment, prior experience working on ESG or Sustainability matters is preferred but not essenial. The core hours for this role are 9.30am – 5.30pm and the salary for this role will be competitive depending on salary.
