About the Role
- Property Litigation with a PQE range from NQ – 2PQE.
- Managing own caseload of mixed property litigation work, both commercial and housing/residential, and pubco work.
- Caseload will include commercial cases such as estate management work, possession actions, business lease renewals, injunctions etc.
- Caseload also includes residential cases such as possessions, rent recovery, disrepair etc. for both housing association and other residential landlords.
- Assisting with business development and profile raising initiatives including networking events.
- This is an opportunity to join a 29-strong, fast-growing, national property litigation team, currently operating out of four offices: Birmingham, Leeds, Liverpool, and Manchester. The team has more than doubled in size over the last five years and is expected to continue to expand.
- Can be based from either the Birmingham, Liverpool, Leeds or Manchester office.
The Clients
- The Property Litigation team acts for public and private sector landlords, tenants and real estate developers.
- Their client base includes local authorities, NHS Trusts, housing associations, pub companies, social landlords, blue chip retailers and owner managed businesses.
The Ideal Candidate
- 0-2 years PQE.
- Some knowledge of property litigation work is essential.
- Motivated and highly-driven.
- Excellent IT and typing skills.

- Excellent time management and organisation skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
