Our client, a national services company, is looking to recruit an in house lawyer with a focus on litigation matters in Essex (near the M25) for their in-house legal team.
The Role
The role includes:
- Dealing with, managing and advising on litigation matters, including:
- pre-action matters;
- claimant and defence work;
- preparing for trials;
- drafting correspondence and Court documents; and
- negotiations and settlements; and
- enforcement matters.
- Advising on data protection matters (including GDPR) and supporting the data protection team members.
- Other legal matters.
The role is to support the Group Head of Legal.
Ideally, the candidate’s experience will include working on both litigation and data protection matters.
The role is based in Essex (near the M25).
