Exciting in-house opportunity with a relatively new fintech business based in the Cambridge region which is looking to recruit an in-house legal counsel/ commercial lawyer.
The Role
The role (which reports to the Head of Legal) is varied and will involve providing legal and regulatory support, including working on:
- Commercial contracts;
- Terms and conditions;
- Regulatory matters;
- Corporate/ funding matters; and
- Other ad hoc regulatory and legal matters.
Salary guidance of up to circa £60,000 + benefits and flexible working.
