I am looking to speak with an experienced senior conveyancer able to deal with a wide range of residential conveyancing transactions. Experience of site set ups would be advantageous.
Key responsibilities:
- To provide a high level of service to clients while handling freehold and leasehold sale.
- Purchase transactions including plot sales, sales of part, remortgages, transfer of equity, new builds, shared equity & Help to Buy.
- The ability to deal with related matters such as drafting deeds of easements, deeds of rectifications, deeds of covenants.
- To ensure all post completion matters are dealt with expeditiously.
- To observe policies in place to ensure compliance and help manage risk.
- Using your superior technical knowledge to assist the wider team.
- To meet billing and cash collection targets.
- A minimum of 6+ years’ experience as a conveyancer dealing with your own title work.
- Be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
- Have experience of using a case management system.
- Be ambitious, client focused and a team player.
- Possess excellent people and client care skills.
- Have experience of supervising more junior colleagues, or a keen interest to develop skills in this area.
- Be a confident networker. Those with demonstrable marketing experience will be at an advantage, however support to develop these skills will also be provided.
