I am looking to speak with an experienced senior conveyancer able to deal with a wide range of residential conveyancing transactions. Experience of site set ups would be advantageous.

Key responsibilities:
  • To provide a high level of service to clients while handling freehold and leasehold sale.
  • Purchase transactions including plot sales, sales of part, remortgages, transfer of equity, new builds, shared equity & Help to Buy.
  • The ability to deal with related matters such as drafting deeds of easements, deeds of rectifications, deeds of covenants.
  • To ensure all post completion matters are dealt with expeditiously.
  • To observe policies in place to ensure compliance and help manage risk.
  • Using your superior technical knowledge to assist the wider team.
  • To meet billing and cash collection targets.
 You will have:
  • A minimum of 6+ years’ experience as a conveyancer dealing with your own title work.
  • Be able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Have experience of using a case management system.
  • Be ambitious, client focused and a team player.
  • Possess excellent people and client care skills.
  • Have experience of supervising more junior colleagues, or a keen interest to develop skills in this area.
  • Be a confident networker. Those with demonstrable marketing experience will be at an advantage, however support to develop these skills will also be provided.
