You will be developed and encouraged by the Partners to be actively involved in attending networking events and presenting at seminars to increase your own client base and the firm's regional profile.

The Role

This role ties in with the firm's ambitious growth plans; you will be working closely with a Senior Partner to further develop the corporate team. There are no glass ceilings in regards to progression with this firm - they are hiring with future Partnership prospects in mind.

Among others, you will be involved in the following areas:

• Corporate M&A
• Shareholder agreements
• Working with Start-Ups, Entrepreneurs, SME's and large companies

Requirements

• 2 years PQE in Corporate Law
• Desire to handle higher value transactions
