RTA team in more detail
Our client is one of the largest defendant insurance firms in the country with an impressive national presence and a firm foothold in Merseyside. They deliver an outstanding service to an enviable client list of insurance houses and self-insured companies. In particular, their personal injury RTA team remains one of the best national defendant motor teams in the country.
Mix of fast track, small claims and MOJ Portal
Due to the growth and development of the firm, a personal injury paralegal is needed to manage a caseload of litigated fast track and MOJ defendant RTA files. Prior experience working in defendant insurance litigation is desirable, but not critical.
