THE ROLE
We have an opportunity for a Solicitor with a corporate/banking/regulatory background to join a well-established, collegiate in house legal department.
As a part of a team supporting the UK business, you will be expected to handle a wide ranging and challenging workload responding to operational queries from the business and clients.
This will include advising on regulatory matters, new product launches and strategic projects, reviewing and drafting commercial agreements.
THE CANDIDATE
To be considered for this exceptional opportunity, you will have 1-4 PQE, a solid track record gained from top law firm or an in house legal department.
You will have a background in any of the following legal sectors; corporate, commercial, banking, regulatory or financial services.
