Senior Legal Counsel
Client
You will be joining an extremely successful market-leading brand name organisation, currently enjoying continued growth and expansion.
The organisation has multiple international offices both across Europe and also globally.
Role
You will be based at the organisation's offices in Munich, Germany. You will also be able to undertake significant degrees of remote/flexible working, spending at least 50% of the time working from home should you so wish.
You will undertake an extremely diverse in-house role, drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial contracts and advising on various day to day legal issues including for example in relation to IP.
You will report directly into the Head of Legal for Europe and you will enjoy direct access to the support of your legal team colleagues located both within Germany and internationally.
You will be rewarded with an extremely lucrative remuneration package including fantastic base salary and also share options.
You
You will be a qualified German lawyer with 5+ years' PQE/working legal experience.
