Senior Counsel - Real Estate - Unique Opportunity

Unique opportunity to join one of the world's most successful and fast growing companies as a Real Estate lawyer. This is a really exciting chance for a business orientated lawyer to join the in-house legal function of this dynamic company, working closely with the business to acquire, develop and launch new sites globally. You will have responsibility for structuring, drafting and negotiating agreements, managing outside counsel, and counselling internal business clients on a range of lease, sale and purchase and other property related issues including planning. 

Ideally you will have between 5 and 11 years of relevant post qualified experience although all candidates with demonstrable ability to fulfil the role will be considered. Prior in-house experience is not a pre-requisite and candidates from private practice are encouraged to apply.
