In-House Claims Counsel - UK Law firm

Taylor Root have been briefed on a role with a top UK law firm who are building out their internal claims function (sitting in their Risk & Compliance team) and they are looking for an experienced lawyer to join the team.

They recently hired a Senior / Head of Claims solicitor, and this person will work closely with them to manage all claims, complaints, DSARs, and associated litigation.

The ideal candidate will be 5+ PQE and will be comfortable running claims from pre-action stage through to trial / settlement (with supervision). They will have a litigation background, ideally from a defendant professional negligence firm.

This is a great opportunity for someone to get to the heart of the firm, manage client relationships, whilst mitigating risk and driving commercial decision making.

The firm will consider part-time applicants also, and offer flexible / remote working.
