Intellectual Property Counsel

An innovative and forward thinking organisation is currently looking to recruit a talented commercial lawyer with intellectual property (IP) experience.

Working as part of a diverse legal team you will be involved in:

• Drafting, negotiating and advising on a variety of commercial contracts including publishing agreements, author/editor contracts, customer contracts, supplier agreements and IT contracts.
• Assisting and advising on copyright and trade mark issues
• Supporting the business on resolving disputes with third parties

• Liaising with and instructing external counsel where necessary

You will ideally be a qualified lawyer with at least 4 years' PQE in the areas of general commercial and/or IP law. You will also be a commercially minded individual with the ability to be build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
