Commercial Litigation Partner

A leading national UK law firm is looking to hire an experienced Commercial Litigation or Dispute Resolution Partner to be based in their offices in Edinburgh or Glasgow on a full-time, permanent basis.

Your New Role

In this role, you will play in important role in the further success of the Scottish offices and will work collaboratively.

Supported by a network of UK offices, the successful Dispute Resolution Partner will work as part of a larger, established dispute resolution team and will have the opportunity to develop the firm's contentious offering in Scotland. The firm are interested in speaking with candidates who have generalist experience as well as candidates who have some exposure to the following areas:

• Banking Litigation
• Commercial Disputes
• Property Litigation
• Professional Negligence

About You

The firm is interested in speaking with lawyers at Partner level (client following would be beneficial but not essential) with a strong background in Litigation and an interest in joining a modern, dynamic law firm. 

The incoming Dispute Resolution Partner must have strong business development skills and be seeking a role that will not only involve the growth and development of your own team but will involve networking with clients across Scotland and England.
