A top tier firm is seeking a Solicitor with good quality experience in the commercial field, plus aspects of technology, to join its established team. Based in Cardiff, this Commercial & Technology Solicitor role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis.
About You
You should have a good understanding of all matters regarding commercial law and be especially efficient in drafting watertight agreements. The commercial team has a strong technology bias and advises a broad range of clients across a number of sectors including med tech and life sciences, software and IT , telecoms, digital media, universities and spin outs, so confidence in advising such clients is essential.
You will need at least 2 years' PQE as a Commercial and/or Technology Solicitor to be considered.
