An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Employment Solicitor (1-2 years' PQE) to join the Luton office and offer expertise in all areas of Employment law. The firm's Employment Team specialises in advising and providing solutions, mainly for employer clients. A key part of the role will also be to provide corporate support to the Corporate Team, so it is essential that all candidates have hands-on specialist experience in this regard.
The role would suit a candidate who lives regionally, with at least 1-2 years' PQE specialising in complex employer-related work across the full respondent spectrum. The ideal candidate will have had significant exposure to corporate support and TUPE work, alongside further exposure to HR-related matters, broad Employment experience – contentious & non-contentious – and wider commercial/corporate support work. They specialise in FTSE 250 and large national commercial clients, and can offer an exciting prospect for an employment lawyer from leading local firm.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record servicing key corporate clients within employment matters and will ideally be coming from a leading local firm. The profile of the preferred candidate should also see some City-based exposure, strong billings and a consistent commitment to ensuring new and repeat business.
In return, the firm is offering a salary that is at the top end of regional market rate, alongside a leading benefits package and commitment to work life balance through a structured flexible working culture.
If you feel this role may be right for you, apply now or call Stephen Chantry at G2 Legal for a confidential chat.
