Client Details
Our client is an international law firm well known throughout the legal industry looking to expand their commercial offering in Manchester with the appointment of a Commercial Senior Associate.
Description
As a Commercial Senior Associate you will handle an array of commercial supply-chain contracts, distribution terms and conditions (sale and purchase), franchise, agency, contract manufacturing as typical examples; which would include strategic planning advice, drafting appropriate documentation/ contracts and negotiating the same on behalf of clients. You will also participate in supporting regular due diligence exercises undertaken by our Corporate Teams based in Manchester, Liverpool and London.
Profile
You will be a Commercial Solicitor of minimum 4 PQE looking to progress your career with an exciting firm as a Commercial Senior Associate. Please note that the level of PQE identified in this advert is a guide only and does not preclude candidates with more or less PQE from applying.
