A multi-discipline law firm in Stockport is recruiting for a full-time, permanent Practice Manager vacancy. This role will join the management team and have an instrumental part in the shaping and development of the firm going forwards.

This Practice Manager position is a high-profile and influential role which requires the successful candidate to be able to communicate with people of all levels.

Your New Role

The Practice Manager will:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the firm to include HR, marketing and the financial management of the firm.
• Provide day to day assistance to the COLP, COFA and Money Laundering Officer.
• Be the first port of call for staff queries in relation to risk and compliance.

About You

Ideally you will have a minimum 5 years’ experience as a Practice Manager within a legal environment and possess an understanding of the demands and requirements of a business management role in a law firm.

You should also demonstrate:

• Excellent attention to detail and outstanding communication and organisational skills.
• Genuine commitment to your work and highly motivated, progressive business manager.
• Excellent working knowledge of SRA Rules and Regulations.
• People management experience and working knowledge and implementation of HR processes / procedures from recruitment to exit.
