A Real Estate Finance Solicitor with either property finance or general transactional property experience is sought for our client’s market leading Real Estate Property Finance department.
The role involves working for an established client base of various lenders on all aspects of both commercial and residential property finance matters. It is a role within a dedicated, specialist finance sub-team within the wider renowned Real Estate department. The position will see you manage matters autonomously and assist the senior team on complex issues, including daily interaction with the partner heading up the overall department.
You will have gained your experience (ideally between 2-4 years' PQE) within a similarly regarded Real Estate team and be familiar with a wide array of finance and secured lending matters. The team offers exceptional training and development opportunities – however, a firm base in Real Estate Finance is a must.
Salary and full benefits will be commensurate with previous experience and expertise.
