Our client is one of the undoubted heavyweights in the region and their Employment Law team especially is perhaps the most successful Employment Law team in the SW let alone specifically within the local Exeter market, undertaking national work and consistently ranked as top tier in the likes of the L500 and Chambers.
Ever-increasing demand for their services and a very strong pipeline of exciting work has resulted in this new opportunity for another ambitious Employment lawyer to join the team, ideally at NQ level. The team can consider candidates with more experience if you have a strong background and the right personal characteristics. In particular the team looks for ambition and a good work ethic but also a team approach.
The work will cross acting for both private and public sector clients, and across both non-contentious and contentious work, although mainly acting for the employer. The team has very strong sector specialisms in areas such as education, retail and manufacturing, F&I, private wealth, construction and engineering etc, and the work tends to be fairly sophisticated, complex and often high value work so this is about quality, expert advice to discerning, professional clients.
