This amazingly successful and niche US law firm - who are flying at the moment in terms of client work are urgently seeking a top class Corporate/M&A Paralegal to join their busy team of fee earners and act as right hand support to the associates and partners within the firm.
Reporting directly to the fee earners - you will be involved in all paralegal tasks from proofreading, bibling, research, due diligence as well as all aspects of transactional and client work.
Candidates should have at least four years' City experience within the discipline of CORPORATE and M&A work in a known US law firm and have the character to be a lead within a team.
